There are a number of bars, restaurants and international supermarket with homemade bakery within walking distance of the villa with 3 local beaches nearby. The main beach, port and town of Javea are a 10 minute drive away. Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 hour drive away. This exceptional residence can be rented as a 3 bedroom option outside the main holiday season continuing to offer the same high standards all year round.
The accommodation, is located over 3 levels and comprises the following features:- There is a spacious main living area with comfortable sofas, cable TV with English and European channels plus Blu Ray DVD. Access to free 'Wi-fF' and cable internet connection in main lounge. There are large patio doors leading to the terrace and a large infinity pool (12mtrs x 6mtrs). There is a well equipped kitchen, utility room, breakfast and dining areas. There are 5 good sized bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, this includes a fabulous master bedroom suite with a king size bed and sun terrace to the upper floor . There are two twin bedded rooms on the middle floor and a further king size bedroom and one twin bedded room on the lower floor, together with a Games Room. The two living rooms and 5 bedrooms all enjoy the fabulous sea views. Brand New Memory Foam Beds throughout. There are stair gates inside and outside the property. The property is fully air conditioned. Cots and high chairs available.
To the outside, the villa is set within a large 1300 metre plot with sea views to the island of Ibiza and inland views of the Montgo mountain.
