This exceptional 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with pool, home is splendid for families or groups up to 7 guests. Located in Four Corners, with just short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals, it has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc.
The dining area seats 8 guests and is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
After enjoying all the theme parks and attractions that our beautiful City of Orlando has to offer, you can enjoy and relax at this gorgeous house. Pool features colored lighting. The patio is screened with comfortable seating.
PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE GOING INTO THE POOL. ESPECIALLY NO SAND IN THE POOL. (Extra cleaning pool fee of $50 may apply).

1. The maximum occupancy of the house is stated in the property listing and house rules and it MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME.
Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home if breaking these rules, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposit will be withheld. the house has security cameras around its perimeter.
2. Only guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide the initial starter pack to help you on your first night that includes:
2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 mini body wash, 1 mini shampoo, 1 mini conditioner, and 1 mini bar massage soap in each bathroom.
1 kitchen paper towel roll, 6 dishwasher pods, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this, including toilet roll and trash bags, are the guest's responsibility. We don't supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries.
Garbage must be collected and left in the containers that are next to the house in the bags provided. if you leave garbage inside the house, an extra fee of 50.00 usd will be charged.
This house doesn't have a pool heater, please keep in mind before making the booking.
