Positive: Good location in quiet neighborhood with a nice view. The house itself has a great design and its nice to look at. You can order food from the host's kitchen — it wasn't the best food we've ever eaten, but it is a nice convenience if you don’t want to cook or go out. The host is responsive.
Negative: The house seems unkempt - wallpaper peeling off the walls, lack of any furniture in some rooms, dirt and insects in some places, mostly bathrooms and kitchen, also most of the dishes seemed dirty and some kitchen items (coffee makers, pots) were damaged. A deposit of €300 in cash is required (was returned in full, there were no problems in this regard), and a statement of liability for the house must be signed.
Summary: House in good location, with a nice view but it could be better maintained. After all, we have a good time!
