STRATTON SLOPESIDE CONDOS at THE LANDMARK: Stratton Mountain Vermont. This condo building is attached to the iconic Clock Tower. DELUXE 2 Bedroom 2 Bath on the 4th and 5th floors with direct mountain views located in the Village and adjacent to the base lodge and lifts, just a 2 minute walk to the ski school meeting area. This unit was renovated with all new kitchen appliances and furnishings. There are spectacular mountain views from the living room and primary bedroom. There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room, outfitted with Hulu streaming video. NEVER DRIVE (2 parking spots included). Our unit is in Stratton Village with a great restaurant, Benedict's, in our building. We are a 2-3 minute walk to all the other restaurants & shops in the Village.
Main level includes: Living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, handsome gourmet kitchen, dining area; PRIMARY SUITE with king bed, flat screen TV, double sink bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed & one set of bunk beds. There is a 2nd floor bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units for summer comfort. There's a huge couch in the living room for a 7th person to sleep, as well as an inflatable air mattress on site. Exclusive access to OWNER'S LOUNGE in the lobby with pool table, foosball, games and flat screen TV. Amenities include a private ski locker in the lobby, and high speed internet. Access to the nearby health club and pool for a per diem fee. Have fun! ***
