Negative: There are a lot of issues with that unit to be honest. There isn’t a light switch right when you walk into the unit that actually turns on a light. The bed frame is about to break, shower doesn’t work well at all. Location is great but it needs to be fixed up and made a bit more amenable to guests in my opinion
