The small, gated community of Seacliffs on the north end of the Cape welcomes you - Steps from the beach, these new construction, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhouses boast plenty of room for multiple families. St. Somewhere has four bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen, and one bunkroom with 4 XL twins), each with a private bathroom, and three balconies where you can watch the gorgeous sunsets. The pool and playground are directly outside of the unit, with the dune walk-over to the beach steps away. Our four story townhouse has a private elevator in the unit.
St. Somewhere is ready for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The gourmet kitchen has a bar with 5 additional seats. If little ones will be with you, there is a Pack-N-Play on site, as well as a beach version to keep your little one in the shade. There is a whole-unit water filtration system, so there is no need to bring bottled water with you. The townhouse has three air conditioning units, which will keep you cool on all floors when the sun shines. There are two covered parking spots to keep your cars out of the hot, Florida sun. Beach chairs are stored on the bottom floor and are ready to hit the beach! Owner has two other 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath units next door to each other within the complex.
