Located 80 kilometers south of Dakar and 30 kilometers from the new Blaise Diagne airport on the small coast in a residential and very quiet area.
The villa is located on a plot of 700 M² with its individual swimming pool of 9m X 5m, 800 meters from the new Ngaparou shopping center (Auchan, Bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, clinic, bookstore, ...) and less than 150 meters from the beach.
The villa is fully air conditioned and consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets and is equipped with high-quality European comfort: electric water heater, integrated kitchen, inverter, water supply, LED TV, high internet flow, Nespresso, water fountain, gas barbecue,…
The pool specialist and the gardener spend the day every morning doing the maintenance, the fatou (cleaning lady and cook) arrives around 09:00 to prepare breakfast and take care of the cleaning and the midday meal, she finishes her day at 4:00 pm, but if you wish, she can prepare the evening meal for a supplement of € 7. If you would rather have lunch, the night porter can bring you the bread around 07:00.
