There is plenty of room to enjoy family time after a day in the parks or just to relax by the pool! The pool area has landscaping directly behind for a semi private deck with covered lanai. There is also a bonus room with a television and a pull out sofa bed. The large and open plan Living Room functions as the heart of this lovely home and features a large flat screen TV with direct access to the Pool Deck! Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table with room for 6 or sit in the kitchen at the breakfast nook for those quick meals. The modern fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware and etc. You will find everything you need at your fingertips.
Primary Bedroom features a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, large walk in closet, and a Private En-suite Bathroom.
