The home is situated on a double lot in a quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, restaurants & downtown. It features spectacular lake views & peaceful sitting areas on two large decks w/ spectacular views of the beach & lake. The cove is a no wake zone for boats and provides a safe environment for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. A five-burner gas grill is located on the upper deck, you can grill with awesome views of the beach & lake.
There are five streaming HDTVs - one in each of the four bedrooms and a 75" UHD 4K in the living room. High-speed wireless internet access is also provided throughout the entire house and decks. Vacation with your family & friends, work if you have to, attend online classes, and stream live & on demand entertainment!
The upper level features open kitchen, living and dining areas with great views of the lake & upper deck access as well as a full bath. The lower level features master king suite w/ full bath, 2 other king & 1 queen bedrooms. The master suite & queen rooms have beautiful lake-side views & their own access to the spacious lower deck.
Two kayaks & two paddle boards are included & we provide four sets of child, medium & adult life vests.

- Water toys are included, but subject to availability & change. If particular PFD preferences or needs exist, please bring them.

- Limited parking for 4 medium vehicles in 2-car garage & front driveway. There are 2 other steeper concrete driveways available on either side of house, but not recommended for vehicles not able to negotiate a steeper drive. Parking available for 1 trailer in back. Contact owner for more details.
- Guests are to be knowledgeable of all water safety & regulations.
- Spring 2025: neighbor is building a home, so construction activities may be experienced during non-quiet hours.
- The lake water is drawn down in the Winter (roughly the beginning of November through mid March) so there will be limited or no boat access to the dock from the lake due to the low water level during this time.
