Brand New Construction. Heavenly Villas was destroyed by hurricane Irma, this is a brand new home conveniently located close to Cruz Bay. Heavenly Villas, is a private, stand-alone (no shared walls), new 2 level concrete villa with rooftop terrace, located on the west side of St. John in Cruz Bay. We have wide sweeping views of the ocean to the South and the entire west side of the island and Pillsbury Sound. The views are flat-out ridiculous. The new villa is located higher on the hill with another story, making the views even better than what is pictured. More photos coming soon.
The villa is part of a 13 unit development just 3 minutes to downtown Cruz Bay and the ferry dock. It has two bedrooms down and one up along with a spectacular rooftop terrace with Tiki bar. We share a remodeled pool, just 100 steps away.
Enjoy amazing sunsets nightly with 220 degrees ocean views from every level in the home. Watch the sailboats and cruise ships slip by and enjoy the wonderful island breezes. It is a must see.

Summary: For our first trip to St John, we could not have found a better place to stay. The house is located very close to everything in Cruz Bay, but it is also very private. As a family, we loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our kids, and everything you need for the beach is there (snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, ice packs...you name it). The view is amazing, and even though we left the fans and a/c off every day, the house was comfortable when we got back in the evenings. I almost put a small ding on the review for the accuracy of the listing, but it's only because the house is better than the listing says.
