In keeping with the spirit of the 50s I have tried to keep the integrity of the house but have modernized it with an open floor plan, and huge deck expansion -- complete with a 10-person outdoor seating and fire pit area. The home has great outdoor space, in a quiet neighborhood close to both Boulder and Denver. Enjoy the beautiful, private and fenced in back yard.
