This unit sleeps up to 17 guests and is ideal for large groups of friends and family, your very own private soundproofed speakeasy bar area, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen/living room, 3 closed bedrooms, 3 beautiful modern bathrooms, 2 smart 4K TV's, air conditioning, free WIFI and your very own private balcony complete with BBQ and patio furniture (seasonal). The property has a shared terrace with a hot tub that can be made available upon request/ approval (24-hour notice recommended). The private speakeasy area located in the downstairs area of the condo consists of a bar area, including glassware, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Additionally, the space includes a pool table, 65" 4K Smart TV, and 2 futon couches (that can each sleep, 2 guests). The master bedroom consists of a king-sized bed (two single-sized beds placed together by default prepared as a king), dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and a luxurious duvet. The second bedroom consists of two single-sized beds. The third bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with two single beds and the other with one double and one single bed. You will also enjoy three full-sized luxurious bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. The space is equipped with a premium kitchen, including kitchenware for your use, as well as laundry appliances (consisting of a washer and dryer (detergent is provided).
