4000 square feet ,Multi level home, with master bedroom on main floor, 2 bedrooms with living area on upper floor, and large rec area with regulation size pool table and bar and full bath on ground floor, lots of level yard area ,nice swimming area , paddle boat, canoe and paved drive with basketball goal. There is room to dock 1 boat, we leave a pontoon boat docked on outside of slip and let renters use slip for their boat rentals, you are free to use pontoon boat for lounging but not to drive. There is a privately owned access lot adjacent to property that is NOT available to renters.
