Spacious modern villa built to German standards with open-plan areas, kitchen, dining room, living room and gallery. Large covered terrace with sofas and dining table for 10-12 people. Tiled pool area with large heated (March-October) pool (11mx4m) exclusively for guests of the main house. In the house there are 2 further small residential units, each with its own entrance. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the sea (9 minutes by car) and one of the longest beach promenades in Spain.
Car park directly in front of the house. A large public pool of the Mas Romeu development is located diagonally opposite, approx. 150 metres away. Children's playground, basketball court, table tennis table, bowls courts also in the immediate vicinity on the other side of the road. Golf course in the immediate vicinity, approx. 5 minutes. Hiking and MTB trails directly starting from the house.
