Set in a quiet residential road with the beach and the marina only a short walk away where you will find refined fish restaurants and popular beach front bars.
The villa is walled and gated for added privacy and is accessible via a gate or automated car port doors.
The whole downstairs is disable accesible. The lounge has access to the pool area via two sets of glass patio doors, the kitchen is fully fitted, equipped with centre island which is an excellent feature, dining table and a pool table. There is also a fully functional fireplace in the lounge. On this level you will also find a bedroom with en-suite toilet and a family bathroom with walking in shower and utility area. The lounge has a 60" Smart TV.
Moving upstairs, the landing with sofa bed and an area to play ps4 (32" TV and a small selection of games) and 4 more bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. All of them with access to private terraces and 2 of them with access as well to the roof solarium which offers exceptional views of the sea and mountains. The master benefits from en-suite bathroom with walking shower and a jacuzzi type bathtub. The other bathroom on this level is the other family bathroom. The main and second bedroom has 50" Smart TV.
The outside space is all the surroundings and the Almeria climate. Many places where you can have SUN and shade.
The pool is a large L shape will never feel crowded. there is also a fully functional barbeque area for cooking with wood or charcol in those hot summer nights, an excellent feature for pool parties!!!!. There is also a lovely outside sitting area with high quality retractable awnings creating a wonderful shaded area with a fridge an fans around.
Dinner parties would also be a success if this is how you would like to spend your leisure time due to the homes indoor and outside spaces and all the extra features this home offers. The villa has recently been renovated to a very high standard with recessed lighting throughout, new floors and ceilings, bathrooms, staircase just to mention the high points. The villa is elevated and private and has all the elements you would want to find in a home with that little extra to making it a unique holiday experience (many guests in the past have booked this property year in and year out), one family even booked for their daughter's wedding!!!!

Many guests never use the car because the nearest supermarket is just 300 metres and the bus stop is 250 meters.
Almeria airport 55 mins. Murcia airport 1hr 20 mins. Alicante airport 2 hours. Ideal for two families. Although it was not booked for the last 2 years due to extensive remodeling of the entire house outside ans inside, the previous 5 years were fully booked with many guests returning year in and year out.
