Four decks with seating and loungers, large dock with open 26' slip and huge swim platform, 2 kayaks and 2 SUP's, ping pong table, pool table, Star Wars pinball machine, 60 game cocktail table arcade with Donkey Kong, Pacman, Frogger, etc PlayStation 5 game, Wi-Fi, vintage 18' ball bowling machine, board games, screened in porch, tiki bar, gas fire pit sitting area, SS Weber LP gas grill, sun lounging deck, covered hot tub overlooking lake, animal friendly hardwood flooring/LVP flooring, ample parking including 2nd tier overflow parking, master bedroom and bedroom #2 have amazing views with sliding doors leading out to private deck, cove located at 5 1/2 MM off the main channel, great central location with easy access to many popular restaurants and bars. Security camera only in front of the house. One small dog allowed at $30 per night. Must let owner know at time of booking if you will be bringing a dog and provide breed and weight.
