Positive: Exceptional property with all the facilities you could want. Clean, light, lots of space. One huge master bedroom with walk-in dressing room and walk-in shower room and toilet. The other three double bedrooms share a separate toilet and a separate showerroom. The listing says there is no street parking, which is correct, but there is a gated driveway up to the house and parking for at least 3 cars inside the gate at the front of the house. The living areas have ceiling to floor windows which have full blackout shutters, as does the master bedroom. The other bedroom windows also have full blackout shutters. The open-plan kitchen has everything you could want, all modern equipment. A great base from which to explore the area, for hiking, biking, golfing etc. There are no shops immediately nearby but the upside of this is that the road is very quiet. Soustons is 5-10 min drive away, with a large LeClerc supermarket and smaller other supermarkets, plus local shops. The local property manager was always available and extremely responsive to our few queries, without being intrusive.
Negative: Only extremely minor issue was that the wifi was 5GHz and one of our group only had 2.5GHz-compatible phone. The router had a 2.5Ghz signal (as well as a 5Ghz signal) but no-one knew the 2.5 GHz signal password.
Summary: Exceptional property with great modern facilities.
