*THE SPACE*
BEDROOMS: Four large bedrooms with ac (1 king, 3 queens) with ample space to store your belongings. Two suites located on the upper level, two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. Additionally, the Aloha Room on the upper level has a queen size sofa sleeper.
KITCHEN: The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is amazing! Everyone can pitch-in to prepare some local fresh fish from the Dolphin Fish Market in Hanalei and local vegetables and fruits from area farmers’ markets.
LIVING SPACE: The upper-level open floor plan consists of a kitchen, living room and dining room with lovely golf course views and air conditioning. The lower level is reached using the spiral staircase. A 65” smart TV with board games in the family room, lower level. Off the family room the garage has been converted to a Game Room with ping pong table, 4 bikes for exploring the neighborhood, lots of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, beach toys) and games for adults and children.
*OUTDOOR SPACE*
Tropical vegetation abounds with lots of palm trees. The house’s many lanais, including a screened in one off the dining room, are places to unwind, relax, listen to the birds. On the lower lanai is a grill and comfortable seating area to enjoy a mai tai while you cook.
*LOCAL AREA*
Princeville Shopping Center is less than a mile away and offers a grocery store, restaurants, food court, other shops. Near the shopping center is a park for small children.
