The house is located within walking distance to the boat ramp and secluded cove. The cove is off the main part of Tablerock lake making it prime for swimming, fishing, rowing and boating activity. The community has a boat ramp within walking distance and is golf cart friendly. The floor plan is a 4 bed and 2 bath layout with a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are upstairs separated by a full bath; 1 Bedroom is located on the main floor adjacent to a full bath and 1 Bedroom located in the Basement. Additional amenities includes internet and a BBQ grill. Summary: Our family stayed here for a 4-day Branson trip. The home is small but was plenty of space for our family of 9. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the supplies that we needed. The home was in general not as clean as I would've hoped. I had to do some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom before we settled in. Rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable. The closets and some bathroom cabinets were full of personal belongings (including things that looked like they just needed to be tossed) and not well organized, so that was a little strange to us but not a problem, as we didn't need to use the closets. We've stayed in many rentals before, usually, utility/storage spaces are locked to renters, but the ones here were open and messy. The house has no WiFi (not an error in the listing, just something that we overlooked when booking). The deck had a decent view of water and some hills but the deck needed to be cleaned up. Broken furniture needs to be removed. The homes are very close to one another in this neighborhood, the houses are right up against others and some of the neighbors' yards are not well kept. We did not experience any trouble with any of the neighbors though. The roads to the home are very winding, so be prepared for that with any travelers who experience motion sickness!
