Wonderful Country property located on our 60-acre family owned Walnut farm. Enjoy the quiet ranch life while also being just a 5-minute drive to adorable downtown Winters with Wine Tasting, restaurants, Tappas, fresh local coffee hangouts & shopping! This is a perfect place to getaway from the city and enjoy California-style outdoor living year-round.

Palm trees and a huge pool overlook the various fruit trees and walnut orchard. Guests can relax poolside, or cozy up next to the outdoor fireplace, a 900sq ft gazebo provides shade, show off your tricks on the diving board, cook in the outdoor kitchen w/gas stove, sink, and a full-size fridge or enjoy the back deck overlooking the swim-spa, fruit orchard, & rose garden.
The night sky is perfect for stargazing and we have a massive outdoor fireplace with plenty of Walnut firewood included (free!)
BEDROOM 1: A spacious bedroom with King bed, crib, Smart TV & sliding glass door leading to the back porch with the fruit orchard, roses, shady awning, table & hot tub! The grass yard is perfect for playing games like Crickett or Disc Golf (games are included with the house!)
BEDROOM 2: A spacious bedroom with King bed, Smart TV, and views to the fruit orchard & rose bushes. Lucky guests will see the seasonal Starlings building nests or feeding their babies right from the bedroom window.
BEDROOM 3: A spacious game room well stocked with plenty of board games for the whole family to enjoy. A pool table is always a hit, sliding glass door leading to the pool and plenty of views. This room can easily be converted into a bedroom, it has it's own door to close off from the house and we provide 3 Queen sized airbeds and plenty of extra bedding for comfort.
LIVING ROOM: Luxerious reclinging electric couches, both the foot rest and headrest are adjustable at the touch of a button.
POOL: Our pool boasts 50,000 gallons and is 10' deep. The pool is seasonal and temperature is based on the weather. The best time of year to book for the pool use is May-September. This is an outdoor pool on a ranch and is surrounded by trees and plants, because it is an outdoor pool it's normal for things like bugs or leaves to land in the pool. The water is sanitized with chlorine and we ask guests to expect either ourselves or an employee to check on the pool between the hours of 0730-0930 or upon coordination with you for a different time. We cannot guarantee the weather will cooperate during your stay and we cannot provide refunds for things like rainy days, wind, or other acts of nature.
Overlooking the pool is a great outdoor kitchen with food prep area, fridge/freezer perfect for keeping drinks cool, 4-burner stove & sink.
Next to the pool we have a GIANT 900 square food awning with a massive fireplace and plenty of seating. Twinkle lights and outdoor fans set the stage for nighttime.
Bluetooth speaker is included! Note: Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM daily
SWIM SPA: The 12-person swim-Spa is HUGE and is a huge hit in both winter & summer guests. The temperature is adjustable can be set to either swimming pool or hot tub temperature.
This is a working ranch and guests should note that although we do our best to give guests plenty of privacy there's always a chance you'll see one of us or an employee at work in the orchard or driving past on a tractor. Guests booking in October should keep in mind that harvest will be in full swing so there will be more noise & activities than usual.
