Summary: Need new beach chairs in the unit. We brought 1 we used, used one from the closet and the webbing tore when sitting at the beach. I weigh 126 lbs.Other chairs were rusty and a mess from the salt water. My guess is no previous guest hosed them off when leaving the beach. We survived and its a really nice location and great condo.
