Modern spacious villa with sea views and private pool in a very good location, peaceful, yet just under 2km from the charming hillside town of BEGUR and the same distance from the glorious beach and coastal village of Sa Riera. Facilities include Airconditioning, WIFI and internet TV.
Approached by a private drive with parking for 2-3 cars (please note, as is common in this area, the drive is steep), Villa Dasa is a spacious two storey detached villa comfortably accommodating 10 persons with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and additional WC. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the the main double bedroom.
The private pool is 8 x 4m with decking surround and ample garden furniture including sunbeds, dining furniture and a bbq. At the far end of the pool area is a covered pergola with seating. A lawned area as well as the poolside terrace and a dining terrace leads from the living area.
Sea, countryside and Begur castle views make relaxing easy around the pool and house. This is a light and spacious villa finished to a very good standard throughout.

The front door leads to a spacious entrance hall and large open plan living area with seating and dining area. Internet TV and CD player. Glass doors open to a covered dining terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. Sea and country views from the living room and terrace.
The fitted Kitchen is spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer. Granite worktops with attractive light coloured units and table and chairs.
A utility Room houses a washing machine and sink.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom and a guest cloakroom.
Stairs to the lower level with a double and a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. From this level there is also a door to the garden. Please note that the twin bedroom has an internal window.
The garden is very attractive with many flowering shrubs and trees offering natural shade. Areas of lawn and terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds.
