Description
Perched high on a rock bluff in Whistler's exclusive Sunridge Plateau Development, you're away from it all, yet a mere 4-minute drive to the village. But who needs to go to the village when you have ski-in/out access (if you’re in good shape…see the fine print below) and your own theatre, media room, billiard table, wine cellar, outdoor hot tub and even life-sized bears. We love the layout. The living room with its wood-burning fireplace is in the center of the house and life happens in the cozy rooms and spaces all around it. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

Location
Just before the village, 3816 Sunridge Place is nestled on Whistler Mountain. It’s a 4-minute drive to Whistler Village.
Ski Access
It is ski in but not ski out. Although, if you are in near-Olympic shape and don't mind a 10 to 15-minute walk uphill carrying your skis, you can access the slopes. But we do not recommend trying to drag your 5-year-old up the hill with you. At the end of the day, intermediate skiers can ski to the door via a trail off the Lower Olympic run. You can ask concierge services for the details.
