Large living space with sectional couch and TV area flowing openly into kitchen. Seperate work station in living space with lounge chair and games.
Master suite with it's own private bathroom.
Second private bedroom with closet.
Second living area with 4 FULL SIZE custom built bunks. Plenty of space for 4 adults.
Mud room for shoes, bags, anything to keep out of the way.
Second full bathroom off of mudroom with shower.

We want you to enjoy the village and community we have come to love. We have 8 and 6 year old sons so we understand what a good family trip is like.
The space has been designed to bring a higher end loft style experience to the finger lakes region while keeping the small community vibes all-in-one.
With a brewery and restaurant just under you feet, you will have easy access to good food and great times without having to go ANYWHERE!
However the access to Watkins Glen International Raceway, the Finger Lakes wine trails, boating, hiking, and the great outdoors are also within minutes.
