• Cancellation. Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival.
• Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• Smoking - Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Parea Living homes.
• If you have unauthorised guests staying in the property you will be charged.
• We do nor permit the use of Air Fryers or PortableHeaters.
• Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom.
• Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request.
