Positive: The beds were comfy. Bathrooms gorgeous. Everything you need in the kitchen. We really didn’t have to bring much at all except food.
Negative: BBQ was dirty and not ready for use so we didn’t use that as it was too much effort to clean it up before we could use it then have to clean it again before leaving. Garbage bins were overflowing when we arrived on the Wednesday and stunk. We contacted the comfy.com team who did nothing about it at all. Said they’d organise their team to collect next Tuesday. In other words. They’d wait for council collection the following week so we had to endure our entire stay with overflowing, stinking rubbish bins right beside our car and nowhere to put our rubbish. They said just leave it on the ground next to the bins. I didn’t find this acceptable.
