3 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Laundry

This is a ~1,600 square foot home that's been newly painted and furnished. There is new high quality laminate in all but the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The new mattresses are Zinus memory foam with 12" on the king and queen and the trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom is a 8" full over a 6" twin.
There's a new 65" Samsung smart TV in the family room and a 50" in the master bedroom. We provide a basic cable package and then you can log in to your favorite streaming services for additional entertainment. The front sitting room is a great place for you to enjoy a board game or just relax with a good book.
The covered patio features a new Weber grill and outdoor dining table. There are ceiling fans in the patio as well. There is no garage access as this it is used for our storage and supplies.
We are airport adjacent, not in the direct flight path, and can get distant aircraft engine noise as early at 5:30 a.m. depending on the direction of take-offs that day. White noise are provided for each bedroom if desired.

Summary: This house was amazing!! The pictures are absolutely accurate. My husband, two teens, and I stayed here in July 2022. The house is very clean and everything looks brand new (appliances, furniture, linens, towels, etc.). The beds are comfortable, but more on the firm side. The host provided many hotel like and home amenities, which all made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the noise machines next to each bed, as we all have a floor fan running in our bedrooms at home to sleep to. And we enjoyed the board games in the living room. Having an on-sight washer and dryer was very convenient as we stayed during week 2 of our two week west coast vacation. Our only wish was that there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. This time of year it gets dark late at night and the sun rises early, waking us up early every morning. The neighborhood was very nice also. The house is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and fun.
