Travelers will find unique art pieces matching art panels in the entryway and extending throughout this spacious residence. This condo has never been offered as a rental prior to March 2017. Everything in this unit is brand new and sparkly clean including new paint, rugs, blinds, pillows, blankets and comforters, this unit can accommodate 4 people comfortably with extra sofa space if needed.

Living room has a 60” LED TV with Direct TV service, private high speed WiFi for the entire condo with the capability to access Netflix, YouTube, games, etc through the Smart TVs in each room. Dining area has a white washed and dark wood Pueblo style table which seats six people.
The master bedroom has king size bed with a high quality memory mattress, is beautifully decorated in marine turquoise colors, 60” LED TV, ceiling fan, mirror closet, Jacuzzi jet tub, 2 sink vanity area, separate shower and toilet room as well as patio access through its own private sliding door.
Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 night tables, a mirror closet, a 55” LED TV and adjacent bathroom with shower and vanity area.
The large, private, beach front patio provides unobstructed views of the coastline from Sandy Beach to Rocky Point. Comfortable and stylish patio furniture ensures relaxation day and night.
