Songbird Cottage is a quaint and quiet vintage A-Frame located in the middle of the woods. Very private setting with two decks to watch nature. Great setting for Birdwatching! Lots of wildlife as well! Enter into the light and comfortable living room open to a newly renovated kitchen area. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items, dishware, cups, appliances etc. Enjoy meals at a large kitchen table overlooking the back deck. Or if you prefer, eat outside on the deck surrounded by tall trees. When you are ready to head for bed, you will find a queen size bed upstairs complete with linens and quilt and a sitting area with a small built in desk. Perfect for a quiet getaway or even for a honeymoon. Enjoy a fire in the firepit out front and make memories with friends or family. Location is about 35 minutes to the nearest boat launch at Raystown Lake (Tatman Run), about 10 minutes from the Rockhill Trolley and very close to the East Broad Top Railroad. Open all year round to experience the beauty of the mountains in all seasons.
