Son Mesquida is a villa located in Inca, in a quiet area, 200 m from a cycle route, 15 minutes from the port of Alcudia and Puerto Pollença, 20 minutes from Palma, close to everything, located in the heart of Majorca. The finca has a swimming pool of 12 m by 6 m, many fruit trees of which tourists can take the fruits they want without limit, depending on the time of year. There is always some fruit, there are also beautiful gardens with palm trees and many more plants. There is an area with swings and slide for the little ones, a place to play basketball, a ping pong table, etc.
The house has six double bedrooms of which three have en suite bathrooms, with a total of five bathrooms inside the house and another bathroom outside. Of the six bedrooms two have a double bed and the other four have two single beds each, with the possibility of converting them to a master bed of 1.80 upon request before arrival. There is also availability of 1 cot and high chair.
The house is equipped for 12 adults plus baby.
This beautiful villa consists of a large kitchen, which is fully equipped, open to a spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, two super ovens to cook for many people, two integrated refrigerators with freezer and all the small appliances needed to make the perfect stay, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, water heater, turbine and others. There is also a large table for 12 people that opens the way to the living room in which there is also another very large glass table for 12 or 14 more people with a large sofa area.
The house is surrounded by covered and open terraces so that everyone can find an area to be comfortable with or without sun.
There is a barbecue area that works with firewood and charcoal.
On the terraces there are large tables so that they can all be comfortably seated, 12 sun loungers by the pool and areas with armchairs to rest.
