Positive: Everything!! We liked everything 4 nights were not enough. Salvatore picked us up from the train station. How kind! His place is sooo lovely, a true sicilian style. Ok, there were steep stairs going up to the 2nd/3rd floor, but so is the whole of Sicily!! That is part of the experience! Inside is very cozy. It trully feels like home. The sitting room has comfy sofas and dinning table. The little balcony faces the street, sweet! The kitchen has everything you will need, drinking water was provided for the whole of our stay. There's wine, beer and juice in the refrigerator. The bed was comfy and the bedroom a very good size. Washing machine is provided and clothes hanging in tje balcony, Sicilian style :) We love the wooden window and balcony shutters, awesome. You just have to go outside and you're in the old town. So conveniently located. The host, Salvatore is great. Very helpful and recommended lots of places to eat, which we did, and were very happy. So, if you want a trully Sicilian experience, come and stay at Salvatores place. Bring swim wear. Beach is just around the corner. From Palermo to Taormina, to Agrigento, Cefalu is our favourite and Salvatores place is top of our list. We give it a 10+ Thank you Salvatore. We had a great time.
