Summary: Wintergreen Resort was very nice. The hikes were great and the views were amazing. I enjoyed the time with my fiancée. However, The Slope Side Suite was a little undesirable. It needs some updating to say the least. The kitchen was lacking in amenities. There wasn’t even a cutting board. The toaster didn’t work, the toaster oven barely worked. The vacuum was ridiculous, I had to fix the hose on it. The rug in the bedroom was disgustingly stained. When we stripped the sheets off the bed as the directions asked us to, there were grotesque stains on the bed cover and pillows. For the kind of money we spent for a couple days I would find a different place next time.
