It's a five minute walk to Okanagan Falls public beach, the local grocery store and other places of convenience which include Belich’s AG Foods (Like Sobeys), Tickleberry's Ice cream Shop, Liquor Store, drug store, and a gas stations.
There's a large backyard overlooking the lake offering two tiered sitting levels, a furnished gazebo and two patio areas. On the lake there are two large patio stone peninsulas, an available boat dock and a boat mooring area. The yard has peach, cherry, and plum trees for you to enjoy.
