Summary: Very nice and modern house with great social areas and storage for parking bikes. Great pool and patio for relaxation and a glass of Cava. Good location for cycling but you need a car for going to dinner in Binissalem or other nearby towns. The aircon didn't work in one of the bedrooms. There are way to few wineglasses (three) and Cava glasses (four). The kitchen hatches needs fixing.
