For your boat and all your toys, there's a two-car garage and covered parking! The property is in a fantastic location, near freeways, shopping, and restaurants.

• Guest/s will be required to go through the same process – all tenants with a 30+ day stay to include background and credit check, sign a lease, plus deposits and follow house rules.
• Tenants will be required to sign an MLS Real Estate Lease
• Renter’s Insurance: Renters Insurance through CSA is required unless you have your own renter's insurance that you will be required to send a copy to the property management company prior to moving in. If applicable, we need you to submit your insurance receipt every 30 days to verify the policy is updated.
• Utility Charges & Additional Cleaning - $1000 refundable incidental deposit required for utility charges over $300 per month. Ozone is needed for smoking, which is never allowed in the home, or if carpets are damaged from not removing shoes in the house, we need to have them professionally cleaned. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
• We take videos and photos as tenants leave, prior to the home being cleaned. We take video and pictures before you move in to document what the house looks like.
•ID for all guests 18 or older will be required to be submitted prior to check-in. No exceptions.
• You are required to fill out a "𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦" as soon as you move in to report any damage, so you aren't charged when you move out.
• If pets are allowed at this listing - extra refundable security deposit per pet if you have approved pets - if no damage and all poop is picked up.

Due to meth heads that cost the owner of one of our properties close to $20k, we sadly have to tighten up our policies for everyone.
$5000 deposit is required for guests that have been on the platform for less than a year and/or no reviews. The platform will hold the money using your credit/debit card It will be released within 24 hours of you leaving if there is no excessive damage or cleaning.
$10k deposit if joined the platform the same month we are in.
For groups that aren’t family members: everyone’s ID will be checked prior to entering the property. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests with good reviews or repeat guests.
