Ladera del Mar is a developing community on the edge of Playas del Coco. The location gives you quick access to Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa and is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Playas del Coco offers several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

The home opens to a spacious, open living space with vaulted ceilings and views of the pool and the ocean. Enjoy a comfortable seating area and large screen Smart TV, live-edge dining table for 6, and a beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar dining for 4. The space opens to the large patio area with an infinity-edge oceanview pool overlooking the tropical hillsides. Plenty of shade can be found under the covered section or soak up some rays in the pool! The patio has comfortable lounge chairs, conversation sets, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill! A half bath and outdoor shower sits just off the pool deck as well!
Back inside, the home boast THREE King bedrooms. The primary bedroom sits in one side of the home and has access to the pool deck via sliding patio doors. The bedroom has a walk-in closet with ample storage, a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity and access to the outdoor shower.
The second and third bedrooms sit on the other side of the home. The first room has a king bed and access to the pool deck via sliding patio doors. The second room also has a king bed and is quiet and peaceful with beautiful wood furniture. These rooms share a large bathroom with double vanities and a large shower. Just outside the bedrooms is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests also have access to a double-car garage.
The living, dining, kitchen space has 2 ductless air conditioning units and each bedroom has their own ductless air conditioning unit.
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
