Located 6.5 miles north of Cooperstown on the desirable, sunny, east side of Otsego Lake, LakePointe has it all!
Whether you come for Summer fun or Fall colors, LakePointe will provide you with everything you could ever want...and then some!
Down a private 1/4 mile driveway is one of the most private locations on Otsego Lake. Nestled amongst trees and perched above the water, LakePointe offers astounding views out over the lake from a 45' long deck running the full length of the home.
Relax, listen to the kids swimming and splashing in the water and as the day draws to an end, prepare yourself for truly inspirational sunsets!
The home features a terrific floor plan with a great kitchen that connects directly to the lake-view porch. And a breakfast bar opens to the beautiful dining room with an expansive picture window framing dramatic views of the lake. The great room, with professional fooseball table, has a wonderful natural wood fireplace, windows looking over the lake and a pair of French doors that swing wide open providing access to the elevated deck.
The four bedrooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, and are all sequestered from the common living spaces providing separation and quiet! The master suite is very large with great lake views.
3 gorgeous bathrooms have been added featuring stylish glass showers and bright, clean tiling, granite counters etc. Really nice!

From the lakeside deck, a stone walk and stone steps are cut into the hillside and lead to arguably the finest and most private beach front on the entire lake!!!
The beach, well over 200' of finely, wave-polished stones and pebbles, provides a paradise of all things water-related. From an endless supply of skipping stones to a lake side fire pit, your family and friends will not want to venture from this spot. The shore provides easy walk-in access to the water or jump right in from the swimming platform at the end of our 50' long dock.
With its west facing exposure, the beach is bathed in sunlight long into the evening, yet the overhanging trees can provide escape from the sun.
2 kayaks and a canoe are waiting on the beach...explore the pristine shoreline and get some exercise at the same time!
The kids will love the huge floating trampoline!
Or, if you prefer, a boat can be rented and docked right at the property. Otsego is one of the cleanest and most family-friendly lakes in the northeast.
