The Space:
The Alpine Escape offers an open-style layout, with a large skylight to increase the natural lighting throughout the space. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with the essential cookware, dishes, utensils, drip-style coffee maker, dishwasher, and a 2-chair breakfast bar. Brew a cup of joe, watch the sunrise on your private balcony, your Colorado adventure is already off to a great start.
You will be provided with the basic toiletries, linens, towels, hair dryer, closet space w/ hangers, central heating, and a keyless entry to make check-in with us a breeze.
The upstairs loft offers a bunk bed, with a twin-sized mattress on the upper bunk and a full-sized mattress on the lower bunk. An additional Futon and work station are also located upstairs for guests to use.
Take advantage of the several amenities offered at this community, including an Indoor pool, hot tub & sauna, arcade & lounge, outdoor grill area, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities.
Two unreserved permitted parking spaces are available to you throughout your stay, and all cars must be registered with the HOA upon check-in. The registration link will be provided to you on the day of your reservation.
Prior to 8/1/23, this unit could accommodate up to six guests.

We offer two separate WiFi credentials to assist with any potential outages during your stay with us, but this space is best suited for those who are looking to disconnect from tech and reconnect with nature.
There is a pack n' play available for use, it is stored in the bedroom closet.
