Silver Beach 501 is an east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 5th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is approximately 1200 sq ft boasting a beautiful corner balcony with an amazing panoramic view of the gulf. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are two full baths - one has a tub/shower combo and the primary bath has new custom tiled stand-alone walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with full on top and queen on bottom. The balcony has new resin/polywood patio furniture. Sleeps 8. NO PETS
Silver Beach is an 8-story building with 6 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 6 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. with a 2-car limit.
New porcelain tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled with newly designed Kitchen Island with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite countertops and toilets. The primary bathroom has a new custom tiled standalone shower. The entire condo has had new sheetrock and has been newly painted throughout. February of 2024 all new windows and sliding glass doors were installed.
