Positive: We had a great time at Shutters even with the whacky wind and chilly temps! Rooms were clean and stocked. Location was perfect for us in the dune view room! Breakfast was a nice bonus and my daughter loved the indoor pool!
Negative: The doors are very thin with the joining rooms. We could hear whole conversations. Nothing really crazy to us but may bother others.
