Golf course 2 blocks away, with many other local amenities, festivals, and attractions. This was the first shipping container home built in Michigan. Large garage (cars can be removed) space is heated and cooled for events. Just off garage is a large deck with BBQ, fire pit, and small yard. The home also features a 48amp wall charger for EV’s.
