Positive: Brilliant location, right opposite the bus station, so 7000vnd into district 1. Mall is a one minute walk away. Loads of food and groceries options, and lots of cafes for wonderful Viet coffee. Free outdoor gyms and a free pool as well. Apartment was airconditioned and well-appointed, plenty big enough for me (solo).
Negative: My 1 and only negative is that the bed mattress was a touch too thin and therefore hard for me, but I'm nearly 60 and everything aches anyway!
Summary: Great apartment in a great area.
