The space features four large bedrooms, with three king beds, two queen beds, and two additional queen air mattress, crib and couch to accommodate 14 guests. Four bathrooms, bathtub, jacuzzi, glass enclosed shower, free standing cast iron tub, a glass enclosed shower, and a standing shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, knives, silverware, utensils, plates, cup, bowl and glasses. Washer, Dryer, and Detergent available to guests for use. The space also features a comfortable, height adjustable desk, living room, dining room, sofa, and large TV’s in the living room, master bedroom, and upstairs' bedroom. Includes the entire first floor and second floor. The basement is fully equipped with a full second kitchen, utensils, dinnerware, full gourmet kitchen, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, recliner sofa, and large TV’s. With over 4,300 square footage on the first floor, second floor, and third floor, porch, deck, picnic area, it provides ample personal space for everyone!

Internet: we have satellite internet, which is sufficient for email, chat, web browsing, checking on news, but video streaming gets interrupted sometimes. Being up on the mountain, this is the best Internet we are able to get at this moment.
Cellphone service: within the coverage area for Verizon, AT&T, Sprint. T-Mobile has signal though the house Internet via 4G cell tower.
Disclosure: The house is protected by Ring Security Cameras. Cameras are only outside the house, no cameras or audio devices inside. Cameras can be turned off upon check in. No smoking, no pets, no extra guests allowed without modifying the booking. Violating the pet and the smoking policy has a fine of $500. Extra guests fee is $25 per person, per night.

Summary: We were disappointed as the property listing was not accurate. There are only 4 bedrooms, not 5. We had 5 couples who were going to stay at the property. however, when we get there, there are only 4 bedrooms. So 1 couple ended up not joining us at the house and only did things with us in the surrounding area, although we had to pay for the extra guests fee for 2 nights bc this was paid in advance. When I talked to the host, it was not acknowledged that there was no 5th bedroom. If we had known this, we would not have booked this property. There was no double Murphy bed, they replaced it with twin trundle, listing was not updated. There was a lot of bugs in the house, we only discovered that 1 of the window in the bedroom was open the next day since we got there when it was dark. Communication through text was faster than through Vrbo and it seems like 2 different people were managing the chats. All the people who went into the hot tubs got very sick with GI symptoms a day after. We think it’s from the hot tub but that cannot be proven.
