Upon entering the home, the living room welcomes you to a pristine white space with luxury ceramic tile flooring, beautiful artwork and accessories, a modern gray tone sofa, matching armchairs and an unobstructed view of the pool. Opening the sliding glass doors allows you to seamlessly transition and expand the comfortable indoor sitting space of the living room out to the pool and patio area.
Looking off to your right and past the living room, you will notice the formal dining area with seating for six. From there your eyes will be drawn to the gourmet kitchen which is the heart of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils necessary to prepare a wonderful meal when not dining out.
The family room adjoins the large vaulted ceiling kitchen and is surrounded by windows as well as a sliding glass door which allows natural sunlight into the home accentuating the open space. The whole family can find their favorite spot on the sectional couch in front of the 50” flat screen smart TV.
Stepping out to the pool area, one can find both sun or shade on the private patio. Pool side meals can be enjoyed in the shade and under cover as there is an outdoor table which seats six. The patio area also includes an outdoor living area, complete with padded chairs and foot rest. There are also two lounge chairs which can be pulled around the pool deck and used for sunbathing.
Fenced in Yard and Private Dock
Behind the home is a fenced in yard providing a green space for you furry friends to safely run around and play. While dogs are not allowed in the pool, feel free to use the outdoor shower to cool them off. The backyard opens up to a large private dock and seating to accommodate four people. This area provides a perfect place for reading, lounging in the sun to get a tan or to enjoy Marco Island’s spectacular sunsets.
The master bedroom is a stylish and sophisticated retreat with a king-sized bed and direct access to the pool and patio area. This room also features a 65” flat screen smart TV where one can stream their favorite movies or shows. The master bath provides dual sinks, a deep soaking tub and a large walk in shower.
The second bedroom combines earthy tones with soothing blue accents, a queen sized bed and a large 40” flat screen smart TV.
The third bedroom is perfect for children or adults as it has full-size bunk beds with an additional trundle bed underneath that can be pulled out.
