Positive: It was close to the beach!! Loved the hot tub and pool and everyone was helpful and friendly. Quiet, too for sleeping with blackout curtains. Nice decor. Our hosts were readily available by text. They provided great suggestions for restaurants.
Negative: We couldn't reach some of the dishes because the cabinet was right over the T-counter space and was unreachable. We'd suggest a step ladder. One teaspoon only and could use a decent size coffee cup, knives that are sharp. Not a deal breaker and easily remedied.
Summary: Overall, we had a really great stay and are thankful to our hosts for communicating quickly.
