BEDROOM 1- Furnished with Queen bed, work desk, armoire, and smart tv.
BEDROOM 2- Furnished with Queen bed, dresser, armoire, and smart tv.
BEDROOM 3 (MASTER EN SUITE)- Furnished with Queen bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv. Attached full bathroom with double vanity and spacious walk in shower.
FULL BATHROOM 3- Full bathroom with a vintage claw tub with shower head, accessed from the hallway.

Guests have private access to the entire 3 bedroom home, gated outdoor area, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking in the driveway, and smart TV in all rooms!

Sevilla Grand is located right outside the center city. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer while staying out of the lous hustle and bustle. Surrounded by historic homes and beautiful scenery, you will have no problems settling into this quiet neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Sevilla Grand is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!
Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
