Positive: The location is perfect, near a few restaurants, shops, close to Brewster, and access to the beach. It's all within walking distance, but a short car ride, if you prefer. There were no keys, just an access code, which was real easy. It was sent to us the day of our arrival.
Negative: The instructions for the fireplace are not correct, but we were able to turn it on with the black switch on the bottom mantel. The remote does not turn it on. This was not a big deal. Also, we turned down the heat to 65 at night, but it kept going up to 77. It appears someone may have programmed it improperly. Again, not a big deal for us, but wanted the owners to know. Last thing, I suggest making sure all windows are locked. They were all closed, but several were left unlocked. We locked the ones we found unlocked. None of these items detracted from our enjoyment, but I wanted the owner to know.
Summary: Lovely place. Exceptionally clean, and full of space. Great neighborhood. Easy to get to places.
