Positive: Lovely spot right across from the beach. The house itself is well designed and quite charming with a wonderful open plan lounge room looking out to the sea. That aspect was wonderful. The house doesn't seem to be well maintained and needs some urgent TLC. The taps in the bathroom need to be replaced badly and the shower (non ensuite) in the main bathroom leaks. The floorboards on the verandah are very rickety and damaged. The floors (tiles) need a really good deep clean. There's also 3pm check in and 9am check out which is not typical. We asked the management company if any flexibility on both upon booking asked to check back the day before but was then told there's no option for flexibility. All in all, loved the house itself and location, enjoyed days down the beach and beautiful sunsets. With better maintenance and a bit more flexibility it would have been amazing.
