Serendipity Waterfront Estate is located on just short of one acre of land in the heart of Sussex Inlet.
Serendipity is located on a waterfront reserve with access to a shared deep water private jetty with pontoon.
Serendipity offers a newly renovated self-contained home with plenty to offer for multiple families to enjoy young and old.
The space
Serendipity offers private use of a single level open planned waterfront reserve home with spectacular views of Sussex Inlet water ways with a shared deep-water jetty.
The home has ducted air conditioning with three bedrooms including two living areas , both of these areas have large screen TV s . One of these living areas has a double pull out lounge / sofa bed if required.
Attached to the home is an undercover gas BBQ area.
For the use of the main house guests there is a triple garage common room / kids games room.
Plenty to keep the kids entertained with :
Pool table, Table tennis table, Dart board, A number of push bikes, adult and kids size with helmets, a single kayak with life jacket, a double kayak with 2 life jackets, dart board , cricket set, basket ball hoops and lots of other old school games and ball games.
Private Jetty , Tinny, Boating and Fishing
Guests have use of the shared deep water private jetty with Party Pontoon (Great for fishing and swimming), also at the waters edge there is a 3.3 m aluminium tinny with oars and Life Jackets (Life Jackets are stored in the games room).
Note Pontoon boat can not be removed off jetty by guests
(for insurance reasons)
Boating
As a guest of Serendipity, if you bring your own boat, you can leave it in the water for the duration of your stay on the private jetty tied alongside out pontoon boat, some fenders are supplied.
(Please note that use of this jetty and pontoon is restricted to the western side only).
Heading east by boat (Down River) 3 kilometers from Serendipity, you have the beautiful crystal clear waters and white sands of the Sussex Inlet Bar. Where fishing, swimming and sunbaking is a must.
Heading West by boat (Up River) under 1 Kilometer from Serendipity you have the astonishing St George's Basin , Jet Skiing, Water Skiing, Kayaking and fantastic fishing.
A 5 minute easy stroll to the center of town or a 10 minute walk to the RSL will keep the older kids happy!!
Serendipity Estate being just under 1 acre of treed, grassed land, offers many activities to keep the young and old busy, even when on the colder days.
Guest access
To get to the center of town Head east down River Road turn first street on the Right walk past Police Station and you are there. 8 min easy walk !!

Also located on the property is a separately rented tiny home / cabin . Note this cabin is located some 50 meters away South of the main home.
