Positive: I liked the location, near train station and bus station. It is located in calm safe neighborhood, there is nice garden here where the little apartment is. The owner is very kind and communicative:)he gave us fan and ice popscicle when it was very hot outside. Room has AI assistant for lights , which is cool.
Negative: The bathroom was very smelly. Because the water was stale in the shower, it really was a bad smell there. Also it was kind of dirty in the bathroom. Also the bedroom had very soft matrace which is uncomfortable (you can feel every move of the other person). Maybe som air conditioning could be nice in the room as it can get very hot during summer.
